Berry's Butterfly Photos
Welcome to Berry's Butterfly website!
This website is an ongoing project of Berry Nall to document the butterfly species (plus some interesting moths) that have been found in Starr County, Texas. To help with identification, an attempt is made to include photos showing the variety of forms a single species can take.
Website update:
The submenus on the white flyout menu are now alphabetized by common name. (Previously,
similar butterflies were grouped together, but the system became cumbersome as the menus grew.)
176 butterfly species are now documented, as well as 24 moth species.
There are now 78 butterfly life histories (some partial) plus 4 of moths.
