Welcome to Berry's Butterfly website!
This website is an ongoing project of Berry Nall to document the butterfly species (plus some interesting moths) that have been found in Starr County, Texas. To help with identification, an attempt is made to include photos showing the variety of forms a single species can take.
7/22/2011: Added bar graphs to species pages to show frequency of Starr County sightings, and a separate page with a "Monthly Sightings" graph to show the total number of species seen per month. (The graph currently covers May, 2007 to June, 2011.) A permanent link to the graph was placed under the "Miscellany" tab on the horizontal menu bar.
